Duke is free according to the Long Island Bulldog Rescue! Thanks fer all yer support! The rescue is being swamped with other bulldogs and desperately needs foster homes ASAP. If you can foster a bulldog in LI, give them a call! Duke is now in the hands of Laurette Richin, executive director of LI rescue group, and Elite Animal Trainers of Islip Terrace. Newsday Article
Wayne Rooney
While my MaMa tried to let me know t hat Wayne Rooney is not a pug, I finally believe. His very un-Pug Life behavior during the England Portugal game on Saturday. First the groin step and then pushing Portugal’s Christian Ronaldo (who plays with Rooney on Man u when not playing in National games)My MaMa is a Man U fan, and is pissed that Rooney will even further strain the Man U/Ronaldo relationship. MaMa sez that they should get rid of Rooney and do everything can do keep Ronaldo, who will truly be a star, unlike Rooney. I want to defend the pug, but I just can’t *snort*

Oregon Humane Society Breaks Ground The Oregon Humane Society broke ground (whatever that means, why would you wanna break the ground? I’ll ask MaMa later) on a new Animal Medical and lEarning Center on June 15th. It will be opening in April 2007. Events such as the pug crawl in May 2005 helped raise money for this project. *snort* Very Pug Life!
